Guarantee Policy
Everything I manufacture comes with a five-year workmanship guarantee, excluding normal wear and tear and inappropriate treatment.

Deposits and Payments
I require 25% of the quote price as a deposit before commencing manufacturing all items and the remaining 75% of the quote price on completion before delivery. All prices are in Australian dollars (A$) and are inclusive of the Australian 10% (GST) Goods and Services Tax
International customers do not have to pay the GST tax and will receive the equivalent reduction in the price. All other costs and bank charges relating to exchange of foreign currency are the responsibility of the customer.

We will accept cash, bank and personal cheques, money orders, Western Union and Telegraphic transfers to our bank account.

Returns Policy and Deposits
We will refund 100% of any stock item and we will refund 75% of the total cost of any item custom made, provided it is returned within seven (7) days from the date of receipt in as new condition.

Should you be dissatisfied with it in any way?
As I will be working very closely with you in the design process, it is very unlikely that the finished item would not be exactly as you expect. If you are a little unsure about the design I can show you the item unset and make any minor changes necessary, before setting the stones and finishing the item. (Personal customers only within South East Queensland). I can also take pictures and email them to distant customers to confirm design and show progress of the job. Sometimes circumstances change and a customer may no longer need the item. As my work is mostly custom made I must retain 25% of the total cost of the item to help offset my costs and time.

Shipping
There are a number of secure ways to deliver goods to you so we will discuss with each customer the most appropriate method and the cost involved. Items will be delivered to customers as soon as possible. However, items paid for by personal cheque will not be sent until cheque is cleared by the bank. All costs of shipping and insurance will be born by the customer and added to the purchase price.

Your privacy is very important to us. Any information gathered by us about you is strictly confidential: it will never be shared with any other persons or organizations. We have taken all appropriate measures to protect our systems from unauthorized intrusion however should this occur we can not guarantee security of our data.
